How do I download the app?

To download the scoot app, you can search "Scoot" in both Apple and Google Play stores. And even simpler way to do it would be to click the relevant link at the top of this page, and you will be re-directed to the correct page.

Can I find a nearby Scoots?

Yes, you can find a Scoot near you. Our scooters are available in multiple cities and are designed to be conveniently located where you need them most. Simply open the Scoot app to view a live map showing all nearby scooters in your area.

Do I need a license?

No, you don't need a driver's license to ride a Scoot. However, you must meet the minimum age requirement and follow all local riding laws and safety guidelines.

Safe Driving

Should I wear a helmet?

Yes, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet every time you ride. While laws vary by location, a helmet helps protect you and keeps your ride safe and worry-free.

How about the rules and regulations
